Stretching before workout.

Barre Fusion is a Pilates-evolved workout for all levels.

The class begins with a cardio burst and the remainder focuses on strengthening and stretching, resulting in a lean, flexible, and toned body.

Once muscles are fatigued, the class guides you into multiple stretching sessions to improve flexibility and give you that toned look you’ve been searching for.

The benefits of Body Sculpt include strengthening your core, toning your muscle, lifting your posterior, increasing endurance, and building a long, lean, flexible body.

Classes are 55 minutes in length.

Time: 5:30-6:30pm
Where: Westbrook Community Center Gymnasium
Fee: $6 drop-in fee per class or one check-in on your fitness key fob. In addition to drop-ins, the following discount programs are available: 16-class adult flex pass, 6- and 12-month adult memberships, family memberships, and senior memberships, too.  See sign-in desk prior to class with questions or to make a purchase.
